Donna and Greg- Married

Last Saturday I had the opportunity to shoot with Thomas Lunt for Donna and Greg’s wedding. One thing was for sure about this crew: They really knew how to party. I had the opportunity to ride on the trolley with the bridal party to the reception and it was a quite the party bus. I also learned that taking photos on a moving bumpy trolley is pretty difficult, but I still got a few fun shots. The flower girls in this wedding were too cute, and we all know how much I love flower girls!

Apparently there is a song that talks about throwing money in the air… No, it wasn’t real money.. but everyone was having so much fun with it

How to tell that you love what you do….

As most of you probably already know, Austin (my husband) and I are now shooting together. Last weekend we did an engagement shoot with Alison and John…. see below post for photos. When looking through all the shots that we took I came across one photo that Austin took that made me laugh. Yes, thats me in the background… cheesing away… Really, Do I always smile that big?… And although its a funny pic, I just thought it was a really good depiction of how I feel about shooting with couples and how much I love what I do…

Alison and John- Engaged

On Sunday afternoon we went out with Alison and John for their engagement session. The weather was a gorgeous spring day. We started off over at Love Park in Philadelphia and then headed to a local park to get a few more shots. We had a great time with John and Alison and can’t wait for their wedding this summer!

Atlantic City- Photog Shoot Out – Rachel

On Sunday I went down to Atlantic City with my photographer friends for a photoshoot. I went down early in the day while the girls were getting their hair and make-up done. After everyone was ready we headed out for the shoot. I was shooting with Rachel for most of the day which was great because Rachel is very comfortable being in front of the camera and was willing to go along with any crazy idea we had. Rachel and I actually met almost 2 years ago when we both did a TTD shoot coincidentally in Atlantic City as well. We started off on the beach, but it was cold and rainy out so we quickly headed inside the Trump Taj Mahal for some inside shots. As usual, a great time was had by all and it was nice to see everyone.
